Ingredients
  • 1- 16oz Fettuccini
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp miced garlic
  • 3 tbsp minced jalapeno
  • 3tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp tequila
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/4 chicken breast cubed
  • 1/4 red onion sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • salt for taste
  • pepper for taste

Directions
  1. In a medium saucepan saute garlic, jalapenos in 2 tbsp butter 4 to 5 min add stock, tequila lime juice, bring to a boil
  2. Reduce once to a pasta like consistensy
  3. Pour soy sauce over chicken set aside for about 5 - 10 min
  4. Med skillet sautee onions, and al peppers with the remaining butter stir occasionally
  5. Meanwhile cook pasta
  6. When peppers have wilted add chicken add the tequila mixture bring to a boil
  7. Simmer until Chicken is cooked and sauce is thick
  8. Mix fettuccini with chicken garnish with cilantro
