Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup brewed coffee, very hot
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons Kahlua
  • 4 egg whites

Directions
  1. Combine coffee and chips in food processor until melted. Add yolks, liqueur and process until thick and smooth. Beat whites until stiff. Pour chocolate mixture over whites and fold in until no white streaks remain. Spoon into wine glasses and chill at least one hour.
  2. Top with sweetened whipped cream with a little added Kahlua. Recipe may be doubled.
