Cate Olsens Chocolate Mousse

- 1/3 cup brewed coffee, very hot shopping list
- 6 ounces chocolate chips shopping list
- 4 egg yolks shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Kahlua shopping list
- 4 egg whites shopping list
How to make it
- Combine coffee and chips in food processor until melted. Add yolks, liqueur and process until thick and smooth. Beat whites until stiff. Pour chocolate mixture over whites and fold in until no white streaks remain. Spoon into wine glasses and chill at least one hour.
- Top with sweetened whipped cream with a little added Kahlua. Recipe may be doubled.
