    Doubled the recipe so I could use up the whole bag of chocolate chips.
    From the pic one can't tell that this mousse is full of air, but it is.
    Thick and creamy with a full chocolate flavor and can't taste the liquor. Used a special dark chocolate blend that was slightly sweet (that's what the package said).
    Used the blender on this one because I used the food processor to whip up the egg whites.
    There are a lot of yolks in this recipe. Hopefully the temp of the melted chocolate is enough to temper and pasteurize the eggs while being blended.
    Had to make this recipe twice. I dumped too much coffee in the blender the first time and could definitely taste the coffee flavor. Even with the extra liquid the mousse set up well.
