Ingredients

1 stick butter

1 cup sugar

1 egg

1 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F

Cream butter and sugar

Add egg

Stir in flour and vanilla

Drop small amount onto cookie sheet as they will spread.

Makes very thin cookies

Cook 10 minutes or until edges are brown

Remove at once
