How to make it

  • Drain the orange segments into a measuring cup and add cold water to make 1 cup. Make the Jello with the boiling water and the orange juice and water. Refrigerate until almost set - should be a bit wigglier than what it is like normally when it is ready.
  • Thaw ice cream until it is soft enough to mix.
  • Fold ice cream, sour cream and orange segments into the Jello. Fold in well, but try not to over-mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
