I once bought a bottle of rose water from a speciality store and didn't know what to do with it. Thanks to a Singaporean friend, the Canadian Bandung was born. Psychedelic pink, and sweet to drink!

Ingredients
  • 3 c sugar
  • 3 c water
  • rose water
  • evaporated milk
  • ice cubes

Directions
  1. Put the sugar and water in a pan and bring to boil to make simple syrup. Cool.
  2. Dilute 4 tbsp of rose water to syrup. Taste to make sure you like the concentration.
  3. Make sure it is slightly sweeter than your preference because of the addition of evaporated milk.
  4. Pour into 4 glasses with ice.
  5. Add 2 to 3 tbsp of evaporated milk to taste.
  6. Mix and enjoy!
