Mango Yogurt Cake

Ingredients
- 1 C sugar shopping list
- 7 tbsp butter shopping list
- 3 L eggs , lightly beaten shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla essence shopping list
- 1 C mango flavoured yogurt shopping list
- 2 1/2 C cake flour , 1 1/2 tsp baking pwd and 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 5 tbsp mango flavoured yogurt shopping list
- whip cream , 1/2 C icing sugar and 3 tbsp butter - whipped shopping list
- fresh mangoes , sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven at 180 deg
- Beat the sugar and the butter until wet and creamy
- Add the eggs and the essence
- At low speed add the yogurt and the dry ing.
- Fold into the greased pan and bake for 35 to 45 mins .
- Cool it .
- Sprinkle the yogurt on the cake and frost it with whipcream
- Arrange the fresh mangoes on top
So MOIST inside
