Got this from a friend that would put it over grilled chicken but I like it with tortilla chips

Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- 2 tbls cilantro, chopped ( I use parsley )
- 1 red pepper, roasted and chopped
- 2 jalapenos, seeded, roasted, and chopped
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- Zest from 1 orange
- Juice from 1 orange
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 oz. tequila
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together
- Serve with tortilla chips or serve over grilled chicken

I have everything except I need to buy the jalapeno peppers. I will make it and use up a half bunch of cilantro before it goes bad. Sounds so very good; I can't wait to try this!
