Ingredients
- 8 oz. almond paste shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 2 egg whites shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper
- Mix almond paste, both sugars, flour and egg whites until well-blended and smooth
- Using a plain piping tip fitted in a pastry bag, pipe one-inch rounds onto baking sheet
- With damp fingertips, press down any peaks
- Bake until light golden, about 10-12 minutes
- Allow to cool on pans before removing from paper
