Love this soup, as presented on local news by the chef of a local restauarnat, Bistro By the River, in Tellco Plains. Fabulous food. This needs to be made the night before.

This really sounds good. I'll try it this fall when I have to pull my tomatoes, I always have a lot of green ones when it frosts.
