Bananas Foster On The Grill Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Slice bananas lengthwise and then in half
  • Put in grill safe pan
  • Slice butter patties evenly over bananas
  • Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly
  • Pour rum and OJ over all
  • Cook approximately 5 minutes in HOT grill with lid down.
  • Watch for butter to melt and mix with brown sugar to make
  • a great sauce.
