Magrarita shrimpand fettuccine

- 12 shrimp shopping list
- 1/2 cup tequila shopping list
- 3 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 3 lemon slices shopping list
- 2 tsp minced ginger shopping list
- 2 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1 tsp flour shopping list
- 1 cup dry white wine shopping list
- salt/pepper shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 tbsp water shopping list
- 1/4 olive oil shopping list
- more flour shopping list
- 8 oz fettucine shopping list
- chopped fresh dill shopping list
How to make it
- Mix tequila, shrimp and lemon juice in bowl.Marinate 2 hours.Drain
- Whisk eggs and water together
- Heat oil in heavy skillet. Dip shrimp in egg mixture, then dredge in flour. Shake off excess
- saute approx. 2 mn and thenm drain on paper towel
- melt 1/4 cup butter in saute pan.saute lemon slices and green onions for 3 min
- add ginger and garlic and saute another 2 min or so
- stir in flour
- gradually add wine
- bring to a boil and reduce to a glaze
- add 1/4 cup butter and whisk until melted
- discard lemon slices
- return shrimp to pan and heat through
- serve over cooked fettucine and sprinkle with fresh dill
