Ingredients

BURGERS

2 lb. Ground Sirloin, 80-85% lean

1/2 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese

1 cup Bread Crumbs

1 Egg

1/2 cup Chicken Wing Sauce

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Pepper

4 Soft Kaiser Rolls

Romaine Lettuce

SAUCE

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

1/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce

**Optional, for hotter sauce

1 Jalapeno Pepper, finely chopped

¼ cup Red Pepper, finely chopped

¼ cup Onion, finely chopped

1 T Olive Oil

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, mix together ground beef and crumbled blue cheese until well blended.

Add bread crumbs, egg, buffalo wing sauce, salt and pepper.

Mix well.

Divide mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into burgers.

Grill over medium heat to desired doneness, turning only once. Do not mash with spatula

MILD SAUCE

While burgers are cooking, mix the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside until the burgers are done.

HOTTER SAUCE

Sauté onion and peppers in olive oil until tender.

Cool and mix into mild sauce mixture

I made this for breakfast this morning and I have to say that it was pretty dern good.

Next time I make these I think I'll stuff the cheese in the middle of the meat and seal the edges for a bigger blue cheese taste.
