Hey...W.baer....
What are you trying to say here? that we can
use 'Cheez Whiz' and not feel somehow embarrassed?
Well..this sounds good to me...so I am going to give 'it' a try....! How do you like my new 'Logo'?...I decided to put a
'face' with a name...mjcmcook....

Pat is the man for cheesesteaks. I saw him on the Food Network a while back. I am so in love with cheesesteaks, so I am excited to get this recipe. High 5 sweetie...and yumm!

Definite high five here...cheese whiz is da bomb. Forget the Bobby Flay mornay sauce and fancy dolled up fripperies. My cheese wit lovin husband took me on a most memorable date in Philly in May 1985 where we sat on the curb and shared a Pat's cheesesteak....love at first bite!
Then we toddled across the street to Geno's and tried to eat another one. It was our personal battle of the titans of cheesesteak, Pat's one hands down.
