Great appetizer for all of us olive lovers! Use as many types of olives as you like. Marinate at least 3 hours.

Ingredients
- VINAIGRETTE
- ¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, mashed
- ¾ cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- OLIVES
- Whole Kalamata olives
- Whole Greek Black Olives
- Garlic Stuffed Olives
- Artichoke Bottoms
- Ciliegine Mozzarella, cut into chunks
Directions
- Place vinegar, garlic, and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
- Slowly whisk in oil.
- Pour over cheese, olives and artichokes
- Cover
- Allow to marinate a few hours
- Thread onto small appetizer kabobs and place on a platter
- Garnish with fresh basil and parsley

My housewarming will have several youngsters in attendance (ages 4 through 15) and although some of them have sophisticated tastes, I'm planning to make these with a couple of variations. I'll string olives, pearl onions, small mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and cheese cubes. I'm excited. Can't wait for the party! (I'll have to buy the house first!)
