Olive Party Sticks

Great appetizer for all of us olive lovers! Use as many types of olives as you like. Marinate at least 3 hours.
Ingredients
- vinaigrette shopping list
- ¼ cup white balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, mashed shopping list
- ¾ cup olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- olives shopping list
- Whole kalamata olives shopping list
- Whole Greek black olives shopping list
- garlic stuffed olives shopping list
- artichoke Bottoms shopping list
- Ciliegine Mozzarella, cut into chunks shopping list
How to make it
- Place vinegar, garlic, and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
- Slowly whisk in oil.
- Pour over cheese, olives and artichokes
- Cover
- Allow to marinate a few hours
- Thread onto small appetizer kabobs and place on a platter
- Garnish with fresh basil and parsley
