Loris Brownie Surprise Recipe

	Sparow64 / All my dishes 1 year, 6 months ago I have been craving chocolate for days! (As some of you well know). Anyway...went to the store on the way home from work, and THIS is what I have made for us (yeah, right, ME), to have this weekend. Prep:15m Cook:15m Servings:15	Sparow64

Ingredients

Fudge brownie mix (13X9 pan) FUDGEY - not cakelike

Eggs and Oil per directions

1 8 oz block of cream cheese

1 small package chocolate chips, melted in microwave

1/2 box confectioners sugar

1 tub fresh strawberries

Magi Shell Chocolate Syrup

Directions

Mix and bake brownies according to package directions

(Don't overbake, the toothpick test doesn't work on fudgy brownies - unless stated on package - normally, if the toothpick comes out clean the browines are dry and overdone - you should insert the toothpick at the edge, or for speciified time on package)

While brownies are baking, wash and cap strwberries, and place on paper towel to dry

Remove brownies from oven, and allow to cool

Melt chips in microwave about 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until melted and stirred well.

While cooling, combine melted chips, cream cheese, and confectioners sugar with electric mixer

Place strawberries on top of brownies

Cover wtih cream cheese mixture

Drizzle with magic shell and refrigerate for a few minute before serving
