Sounds interesting. My youngest grandson is on a Gluten Free diet from his Doctor so he may be able to have this.

Thank you for checking out my recipe. This cake tastes so much like my original wheat flour carrot cake, my husband and I can't tell the differance. I have a 9 year old and 10, both boys that really love this cake. I have a really good gluten free chocolate chip cookie recipe that I want to get submitted soon. My kids love these too, and I'm sure your grandson would too.

This sounds yummy! I am wheat intolerant and am always looking for great tasting wheat free recipes and those of us that cannot have wheat know some recipes taste like cardboard - but this sounds like a keeper. Thanks!

This RECIPE IS STOLEN RIGHT OUT OF MY COOKBOOK!
I have informed this site of the copyright violation, and I find it sad that people find it "OK" to do this. My wife and I worked very hard creating this cookbook to help gluten-free population, and our book sales plummet as people post our recipes online. And people ask, "when is the next book coming"? Well, without sales, and with people stealing the recipes, what is our incentive to create any more of these award-winning recipes? This cake won a contest after my WIFE CREATED IT after MANY MANY ATTEMPTS and much hard work! And, now this person feels fine claiming it as "theirs".
I guess this is what lawyers are for.

Thank you for taking this down. Being an independent author/publisher, these recipes really are vital to our ability to earn a living as gluten-free recipe authors.
