Apple Strudel

I think it's classical recipe of strudel (in my opinion) :) Very important to do it on the tea-towel, because make roll without towels impossible (the pastry is very thin)!!!!!!!!!! from this ingridients can make 2 strudels
Ingredients
- 1 kg apples shopping list
- 1/3 cup of oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup of hot water shopping list
- 2 1/2 - 3 cup of flour shopping list
- cinnamon - 1 tea spoon (i like more) shopping list
- 1 bun ( or cookie crumb 1/2 cup) shopping list
- 1 cup of raisins shopping list
- sugar, butter - by taste shopping list
How to make it
- Pastry
- mix hot water and oil
- add flour
- make a parsty (it takes near 6-10 min)
- leave for 15-20 min
- 1 bun ( or cookie crumb 1/2 cup)
- slice apples
- mix apples bun (or crumb), cinnamon and raisins
- add sugar (by taste) - i don't like
- cut 1/2 from pastry
- roll it out
- stretch it till pastry will be thin like paper
- put melted butter (or oil) for all pastry
- sprinkle sugar
- put the stuffing
- and make roll
- bake till roll be gold
