Ingredients

5 cloves crushed garlic

1 cup buttermilk

1 packed cup of fresh parsley

1/4 - 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender for about 1 minute. Makes about 1 1/3 cups
