Blueberry Delight

- 1 8-ounce package cream cheee, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup confections' sugar shopping list
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1 3.4-ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix shopping list
- 1 12-ounce carton frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided shopping list
- 1 angel food cake cut into 1" cubes shopping list
- 1 quart fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl, beat crean cheese and confections' sugar until smooth. Beat in milk and pudding mix. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping.
- Place half of the cake cubes in a 3 quart glass bowl. Layer with half of the berries and pudding mixture. Cover with remaining cake cubes. Layer with remaining berries and pudding mixture. Spread remaining whipped topping over top. Garnish with additional berries if desired.

This was wonderful! It actually sat in my fridge for 2 days before I was able to eat it, and it was just like I had made it fresh - not soggy at all! Next time I'm going to try it with lemon pudding . . . DEE-LISH!!
