Grilled Turkey Fillets With Cilantro Butter And Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

4 turkey breast fillets halved lengthwise

1/4 cup butter

1 teaspoon fresh cilantro chopped

3 large tomatoes coarsely chopped

1 small onion finely diced

2 cloves garlic minced

Juice of 2 limes

1 jalapeno pepper minced

1 teaspoon salt

1 bunch cilantro minced

Directions

Prepare a charcoal fire then lay turkey fillets diagonally across grill bars.

When fillets are seared lift them and set back on grill along opposite diagonal.

When diamond pattern appears on surface turn fillets over and sear diamond pattern on other side.

Combine butter and cilantro then grill turkey 5” from heat brushing both sides with cilantro butter.

To make salsa stir together tomatoes, onion, garlic, lime juice, chile, salt and cilantro.

Serve turkey on a platter topped with salsa.

Let rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
