Savory Shrimp-Scallop Kabobs

- 1/2 pound scallops (or) halibut or Mahi Mahi shopping list
- 3/4 pound shrimp(tails on) shopping list
- 30 chunks cantaloupe shopping list
- 30 chunks honeydew melon shopping list
- 30 medium-size mushroom caps shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted (do not substitute) shopping list
- BRIE BASTE shopping list
- 1/4 cup brie cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup Half&Half (do not substitute) shopping list
- In small saucepan, melt brie cheese and gradually whisk in Half&Half shopping list
How to make it
- Alternate seafood, melon and mushrooms on 6 (8 inch) skewers.
- Combine lemon juice and better
- Broil kabobs 10 minutes, turning and brushing with lemon&butter mixture until seafood is opaque.
- Drizzle BRIE BASTE over kabobs and broil for 1 to 2 minutes (or) until Golden Brown
