Ingredients

1/2 pound Scallops (or) Halibut or Mahi Mahi

3/4 pound Shrimp(tails on)

30 chunks Cantaloupe

30 chunks Honeydew Melon

30 medium-size Mushroom caps

1/4 cup Lemon juice

4 Tbsp Butter, melted (do not substitute)

BRIE BASTE

1/4 cup Brie Cheese

1/4 cup Half&Half (do not substitute)

In small saucepan, melt Brie Cheese and gradually whisk in Half&Half

Directions

Alternate seafood, melon and mushrooms on 6 (8 inch) skewers.

Combine lemon juice and better

Broil kabobs 10 minutes, turning and brushing with lemon&butter mixture until seafood is opaque.

Drizzle BRIE BASTE over kabobs and broil for 1 to 2 minutes (or) until Golden Brown
