Tomato Rasam

- 2 Ripen tomatoes (made into paste) shopping list
- Tamarind water-1/2 cup shopping list
- curry leaves and Coriender leaves shopping list
- mustard seed-1 tsp shopping list
- Feenugreek-1/2 tsp shopping list
- Dry chilli-2 shopping list
- garlic-2-3 shallots , Whole pepper-1tsp , Jeera-1 tsp - crushed shopping list
- oil -1tsp shopping list
How to make it
- Heta oil and add mustard , dry chilli and fenugreek
- Then add the crushed ing.
- Add some curry leaf and turmeric powder
- Then add the tomato paste & cook it for few sec
- Then add Tamarind water &stir it
- Add 1/4 cup of plain water &salt
- When it start to bubble, switch off
- Garnish it with corinder leaves.

Okay how do I make tamarind water. I do have tamarind paste do I just mix it with water for a thinner consistency?
Also what is Jeera?
