Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heta oil and add mustard , dry chilli and fenugreek
  • Then add the crushed ing.
  • Add some curry leaf and turmeric powder
  • Then add the tomato paste & cook it for few sec
  • Then add Tamarind water &stir it
  • Add 1/4 cup of plain water &salt
  • When it start to bubble, switch off
  • Garnish it with corinder leaves.
VADA soaked in the rasam   Close

    Okay how do I make tamarind water. I do have tamarind paste do I just mix it with water for a thinner consistency?

    Also what is Jeera?
