Ingredients
  • 2 Ripen Tomatoes (made into paste)
  • Tamarind water-1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves and Coriender leaves
  • Mustard Seed-1 tsp
  • Feenugreek-1/2 tsp
  • Dry chilli-2
  • Garlic-2-3 shallots , Whole pepper-1tsp , Jeera-1 tsp - crushed
  • oil -1tsp

Directions
  1. Heta oil and add mustard , dry chilli and fenugreek
  2. Then add the crushed ing.
  3. Add some curry leaf and turmeric powder
  4. Then add the tomato paste & cook it for few sec
  5. Then add Tamarind water &stir it
  6. Add 1/4 cup of plain water &salt
  7. When it start to bubble, switch off
  8. Garnish it with corinder leaves.

Okay how do I make tamarind water. I do have tamarind paste do I just mix it with water for a thinner consistency?
