Super Sloppy Joes

- 2 pounds ground beef shopping list
- 1 medium chopped onion shopping list
- 2 -3 celery ribs, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 green pepper, seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1 2/3 cups canned crushed tomatoes shopping list
- 1/4 cup ketchup shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vinegar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon steak sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Cook beef, onion and celery over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
- Drain meat mixture.
- Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
- Simmer covered for 35-40 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Spoon about 1/2 cup of meat mixture onto each bun.
- Add a slice of cheese to each sandwich to make it even better.
