Philippine Adobo Recipe

Philippine Adobo Recipe
This is NOT a Mexican adobo! Got this recipe from a Navy officer who got the recipe while stationed in the Philippines - great authentic flavor!

That does look good!

Ah memories. My mom used to make this when I was growing up...she had a couple of friends from the Phillipines that gave her the recipe. I always looked forward to having this dish for dinner...haven't had it in YEARS...and now I can! Thanks for sharing!!!!! :)

A filipino friend of mine makes this dish, but also adds paprika and potaoes. It is delicious.

I have always wanted to make this, and I think this is the recipe I'm going to try. Thanks so much for sharing it! Have a great holiday weekend!

My family loved it, I'm giving it a 5!
