Ingredients

6 chicken pieces, breasts and thights

1 cup water

1/3 cup white vinegar

1/3 cup soy sauce

2 bay leaves

1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns, whole

2 cloves garlic

2 onions, cut into 8 wedges each

Directions

Cook all the above until meat is tender. Discard bay leaves when done. Serve over rice.
