- selection of hot sauces, tabasco, Franks, Louisiana
- Sauerkraut
- sour cream
- Cincinnati Skyline chili (canned or frozen) heated
- Coney Island style chili, heated
- Shredded cheeses, fine shred cheddar, mozzarella, pepperjack
- Marinara sauce, heated
- Chopped black olives
- Salsa
- Guacamole
- Squeeze Cheez Whiz
- Celery salt
- Mayonnaise

- SUGGESTIONS
- ITALIAN DOG-Marinara and mozzarella cheese
- NACHO DOG-guacamole, salsa, black olives, and jalapenos
- CHICAGO DOG-shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, diced onion, relish, mustard, ketchup, dill pickle slice, sport peppers, and celery salt
- FRANKFURTER FROM FRANKFURT-topped with sauerkraut and brown mustard
- MARTHA STEWART FAVORITE DOG-
- Bacon, sauerkraut, onion, relish, tomatoes and sour cream
- CONEY ISLAND STYLE-chili, cheese, mustard and onion
- LORD OF THE RINGS DOG- barbecue sauce and crispy onion rings
- SKYLINE DOG- smidgeon of mustard, shredded cheese, skyline chili sauce and fresh chopped onions, dash of hot sauce
- CAROLINA DOG-barbecue sauce, bacon Cole slaw and hot sauce
- PHILLY DOG-cheez whiz, sauteed onions & peppers
- SOUTH OF THE BORDER DOG-Salsa, Pepper Jack, fresh onions
- DOUBLE-DARE YA DOG- dip grilled dog in hot sauce, top with pickled peppers, and shredded pepperjack cheese
