CREAMY APPLE DRESSING This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Fogerty Estate in Amarillo, Texas in 1984.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate thawed shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1-1/4 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
