Baked Chicken Rueben

Quick and easy,great for summer Lunch
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp pepper shopping list
- 2 cups sauerkraut,drained shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups low calorie Russian salad dressing shopping list
- 4 slices fat fress swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 tblsp chopped parsley shopping list
- chopped chives shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 325
- coat a small glass baking dish with vegetable oil or cooking spray
- arrange the chicken in pieces in the dish,sprinkle with salt and pepper
- cover chicken with sauerkraut
- pour the dressing evenly overall and top with the cheese and parsley
- cover with foiland bake one hour,or until fork tender
- sprinkle with chopped chives and serve
