Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups sauerkraut,drained
  • 1 1/2 cups low calorie Russian salad dressing
  • 4 slices fat fress swiss cheese
  • 1 tblsp chopped parsley
  • chopped chives

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 325
  2. coat a small glass baking dish with vegetable oil or cooking spray
  3. arrange the chicken in pieces in the dish,sprinkle with salt and pepper
  4. cover chicken with sauerkraut
  5. pour the dressing evenly overall and top with the cheese and parsley
  6. cover with foiland bake one hour,or until fork tender
  7. sprinkle with chopped chives and serve

I'm a big rouben fan, I never would have thought of using chicken.
