- 2 T. butter shopping list
- corn cut from 3 ears of corn shopping list
- sprinkle chile powder to taste shopping list
- 1/4-1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in large skillet, add corn and saute until its warmed through nicely. Sprinkle chile powder (I like mine SPICY!), then add salt and pepper to taste and continue cooking until the chile powder disperses and turns everything red. When the corn is ready, sprinkle the cheese over all and stir until it is just melted. Serve.
- NOTE: Obviously this can be adjusted for more or less people quite easily. This is great with meats from the grill.
