Easy Baked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

4 slices lowfat Swiss cheese

1 can fat free cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup white wine (drier is better)

1/2 cup to 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs (or any bread crumbs of your choosing)

2 tablespoons butter or olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Wash chicken and place in greased 9x13 casserole dish

Cover each piece of chicken with a slice of cheese

Dilute cream of chicken soup with white wine and pour over chicken

Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top of the chicken

Drizzle with butter or olive oil

Bake, covered for 1 houre

Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until done (baking time depends on the size of the chicken breasts so test for doneness!)
