My Mother-in-laws Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound Imperial margarine (my mother-in-law insists that this brand is the very best to use so I believe her!)

1 pound powered sugar

3 cups cake flour

6 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease a Bundt pan (or spirngform)

Mix margarine and sugar

Add cake flour

Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition

Add vanilla

Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until done.
