My Mother-in-laws Pound Cake Recipe

This is a recipe that was given to me 20 years ago bymy mother-in-law. It is great for any time of year and also makes a great gift wrapped nicely in plastic wrap with ribbon!

Ingredients
- 1 pound Imperial margarine (my mother-in-law insists that this brand is the very best to use so I believe her!)
- 1 pound powered sugar
- 3 cups cake flour
- 6 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease a Bundt pan (or spirngform)
- Mix margarine and sugar
- Add cake flour
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition
- Add vanilla
- Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until done.
