Easy Sesame Cucumber Salad

- 6 Cups Thinly Sliced cucumbers. (Slice as thin as you can) shopping list
- 1 Tbs kosher salt shopping list
- 2 green onions, sliced thin shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, minced shopping list
- 3 Tbs light soy sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbs white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/8 Tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 Tbs sesame seeds, toasted. shopping list
How to make it
- Place the sliced cucumbers in a colander. Set the colander on a plate. Sprinkle cucumbers with salt and toss. Let stand for 30 minutes. Rinse and drain well.
- In a bowl combine all other ingredients. Add the cucumbers and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate. (longer is better)
