How to make it

  • Combine cheeses in mixing bowl. Mix in jalapeno, garlic, and a little of the beer and mix well on low. Gradually add the rest of the beer, Tabasco, and the garlic salt. Mixture will be a little thin, but will thicken up as it refrigerates. Refrigerate for at least an hour before mounding into hollowed out pumpernickle. Serve with the bread from the middle of the loaf and the extra loaf.
  • Stand back as the hoardes descend.

    thanks for the great talegate recipe,think i could use an old rolling rock instead of iron city? lol but sinse I am so close to the pa line maybe a yingling would work better.again thanks for the great recipe.

    My boyfriend will love this spicy dip. But we may have to use Budweiser because I'm not sure if we have iron city in this ara.
