Jalapeno Beer Dip Recipe

Ingredients

16 oz. Philly cream cheese, softened

16 oz. jalapeno cheese spread

1 finely minced jalapeno

1 small garlic clove, minced

1 can Iron City (or if you're watching your calories, IC Light - LOL)

garlic salt to taste

1 t. green Tabasco sauce

1 large round pumpernickle, plus extra to cube

Directions

Combine cheeses in mixing bowl. Mix in jalapeno, garlic, and a little of the beer and mix well on low. Gradually add the rest of the beer, Tabasco, and the garlic salt. Mixture will be a little thin, but will thicken up as it refrigerates. Refrigerate for at least an hour before mounding into hollowed out pumpernickle. Serve with the bread from the middle of the loaf and the extra loaf.

Stand back as the hoardes descend.
