Beef-Biscuit Surprise Recipe

How to make it

  • BROWN the ground BEEF in skillet, stirring to crumble, and drain well.
  • ADD SALT and WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE.
  • PUT BISCUIT MIX in a medium size bowl and
  • ADD the ONION GRAVY MIX (Dry), the cooked HAMBURGER and MILK mix well
  • (The Dough should be STIFF)
  • SPREAD Dough over bottom of a well-greased (or) PAM-sprayed 9x9x2 inch glass pan.
  • PRESS down Firmly to ALL the Edges.
  • SPRINKLE the DRY BROWN GRAVY MIX over the Top,
  • THEN, ADD the HOT WATER.
  • BAKE at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
  • CUT in Squares and Serve with the BOTTOM UP so the Gravy is on the Top.
