Teriyaki Onions

Accompany grilled foods or even place atop pasta with Alfredo sauce
Ingredients
- 2 large onions, peeled and sliced shopping list
- 1 Tbs butter shopping list
- 1Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 2 tsp honey shopping list
- 2 Tbs teriyaki sauce shopping list
- Variation: shopping list
- 4 Tbs white wine instead of teriyaki and honey shopping list
How to make it
- On medium heat cook and stir onions in the butter and oil until half their volume ..
- Then stir in the honey and teriyaki,over low heat and cook and stir till onions are tender and most of liquid is evaporated.
- Onions will be almost caramelized
- Serve over steak or the wine version over pasta.
