Rosemary Oven Fried Potatoes

- 8 russet potatoes shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped rosemary shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Slice potatoes into wedges and put into large bowl
- Drizzle olive oil over potatoes
- Sprinkle Rosemary over potatoes.
- Stir until oil and rosemary are evenly distributed
- bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
- ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
- Adjust the olive oil and rosemary to your taste.
