Rosemary Oven Fried Potatoes Recipe

This is a wonderful way to make a healthier potato. It is a great side with grilled pork or beef.

Ingredients
- 8 russet potatoes
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chopped Rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Slice potatoes into wedges and put into large bowl
- Drizzle olive oil over potatoes
- Sprinkle Rosemary over potatoes.
- Stir until oil and rosemary are evenly distributed
- bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
- ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
- Adjust the olive oil and rosemary to your taste.
