Hot Shot Cherries and Pecans

- 2 cups pecan halves shopping list
- 1 cup dried tart cherries shopping list
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Combine pecans and cherries in a medium bowl.
- In a small bowl combine Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, garlic powder, seasoned salt, cumin and oregano then mix well.
- Pour over pecans and stir to coat.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat then add pecan mixture. Cook stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
- Do not allow mixture to burn.
- Remove from heat and spread pecans on waxed paper to cool.
- Store in a tightly covered container.
