How to make it

  • Place oil in frying pan and heat.
  • Add peppers, onions, chilies and tomatoes.
  • Saute until onions are tender.
  • Remove from burner. In a large bowl mix softened cream cheese, half and half, grated Monterey Jack cheese, frozen broccoli, vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix well until there are small lumps of cream cheese.
  • Add sauted vegetables.
  • Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 400F degrees about 20 minutes.
  • You may sprinkle paprika on top for richer color.
  • Dish will firm upon standing.
