From Scratch Thousand Island Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups mayonnaise

4 tbs chili sauce

2 tbs finely chopped hard-boiled egg

2 tbs finely chopped dill pickle

2 tbs finely chopped white oinion

2 tbs finely chopped cooked beets (canned are okay)

2 tbs finely chopped pimentos

2 tbs finely chopped fresh flat=-leaf parsley

1 tsp Worcestershire

Salt, black pepper to taste

Directions

Fold all ingredients together with rubber spatula.

Do not overmix.

Refrigerate

Makes 2 cups

Recipe can be multiplied or divided
