This recipe is a real winner. We came home after teaching (all day) a food safety class and popped this in the oven. This is tasty with a capital TASTY. We put it over basmati rice and topped it with some out of the can cashew pieces. It's easy, eay, easy. But, good, good, good. WOW!. Thanks!

This is going on the table tonight. We had a pack of BS Chicken Breasts in the refrigerator and tagged for Supper. I'm off to the Piggly Wiggly for the other stuff. Sounds super good. (And EASY)
