  • Groceries:
  • 1 orange
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 2 jalapeno chilies
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix (16oz.)
  • 1 bag mixed salad greens
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 8 ears corn-on-the-cobb
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 package sugar snap peas
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 head garlic
  • 2-1/4 lbs. small new potatoes
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 4 halibut fillets (6-8oz. each) **substitute cod or mahi mahi for the halibut for a "budget friendly" version**
  • 1 chicken (4 lbs.)
  • 2 pork tenderloins (1-1/2 lbs., total)
  • 2 boneless sirloin steaks (1-3/4 lbs. each)
  • 4 kaiser rolls
  • 1 loaf crusty bread of your choice
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1 lb. frozen tortellini
  • 1 jar sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil (7oz.)
  • BBQ sauce (your favorite) (enough for about 1/2 cup)
  • hoisin sauce (enough for about 3 Tbs.)
  • plum sauce (enough for about 2 Tbs.)
  • soy sauce (enough for about 2 Tbs.)
  • cajun spices (enough for about 2 Tbs.)
  • 2 sticks butter
  • milk (enough for about 2 cups)
  • grated parmesan cheese (enough for about 1-2 cups)
  • 1 box frozen peas (10oz.)
  • 1 box frozen cut greenbeans (10oz.)
  • 1 lb. penne pasta
  • bread crumbs (enough for about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 package tuna (7oz.) **I just bought a 12oz. can and had extra tuna...YUMMMMM!!!!**
  • 1 can cannellini beans (15oz.)
  • 1 can beef broth (14oz.)
  • EVOO (extra-virgin olive oil) (enough for about 2 cups or so)
  • vegetable oil (enough for about 1/4 cup)
  • apple cider vinegar (enough for about 2 Tbs.)
  • honey mustard (enough for about 1/2 cup)
  • ground cumin (enough for about 1 tsp.)
  • salt and pepper (PLENTY.......fresh ground pepper, if possible!!)
  • flour (enough for about 4 Tbs.)
  • cornstarch (enough for about 1/4 cup)
  • brown rice (enough to serve 4 people)

Wow... this is awesome, must have taken you hours to put all this together... I would have to find a way to cut some of the carbs... as hubby can't have that many.. using special pasta might help there... Thanks


Great idea love that you did the weeks worth of planning and not me, Thank you sooooo much. Between working full time going to school full time and having a 1 yr old and 3 yr old it's hard to think of creative meals with so much going on. THANK YOU
