Corkys Memphis Coleslaw

- 1 medium head green cabbage; shredded shopping list
- 2 medium carrots; grated shopping list
- 1 green pepper; finely diced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons onion; grated shopping list
- 2 cups mayonnaise shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons celery seeds shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup Franks or Texas Pete Hot Sauce; optional shopping list
How to make it
- Mix vegetables in a bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in another.
- Mix together and toss well.
- Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours.
