Peanut Butter Bread

- 2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 t. baking powder shopping list
- 1 t. salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter shopping list
- 1 large egg, beaten to blend shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl. Cut in peanut butter with a fork. Add egg and milk. Stir just until moistened.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn loaf out onto rack and cool completely.
- Per serving: 255 calories, 9 g protein, 33 g carb, 2 g fiber, 11 g fat (2 g sat.), 23 mg cholesterol, 438 mg sodium.
