WONDERFUL HOMEMADE CAJUN SEASONING This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Monroe Estate in Stephenville, Texas in 1982.

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne powder
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon thyme

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly then store in an airtight jar.
