How to make it

  • Assemble marinade in a large zip top plastic bag seal toss to mix.
  • Marinade shrimp for 30 minutes.
  • Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent from burning.
  • Spear three shrimp per skewer.
  • Grill on outer edges of grill for about 2 minutes per side.
  • Serve on platter with grilled veggies.
