Shortstop Shrimp Stack

- 1 lb. extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined shopping list
- 1/4 cup evoo shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 tsp. minced garlic shopping list
- 8 bamboo skewers shopping list
- Grilled veggies of your choice shopping list
How to make it
- Assemble marinade in a large zip top plastic bag seal toss to mix.
- Marinade shrimp for 30 minutes.
- Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent from burning.
- Spear three shrimp per skewer.
- Grill on outer edges of grill for about 2 minutes per side.
- Serve on platter with grilled veggies.
