Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine slamon, egg, parsley, Jack Daniel's barbecue sauce and whiskey and enough dried breadcrumbs to bind mixture so it will be firm enough to shape into patties.
  • I usually get about 5 nice size ones .
  • After forming in patties dust both sides well with cracker crumbs.
  • Fry golden both sides in hot oil ( I used peanut ).
  • Place absorbant paper a few minutes and then remove and serve.
  • Serve as is with assorted salads and sides sides or place in buns
  • for a salmon burger.
