Jack Daniels Salmon Patties

- 1, 15 oz canned salmon, drained and bones removed shopping list
- panko bread crumbs, enough to bind or any other dried white bread crumbs or even cracker crumbs. shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 Tbs Jack Daniels barbecue sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp Jack Daniel's whiskey or to taste shopping list
- cajun seasoning to taste or use salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 Tbs fresh minced parsley shopping list
- cracker crumbs ( season with a bit of cajun seasoning ) shopping list
- oil to fry shopping list
How to make it
- Combine slamon, egg, parsley, Jack Daniel's barbecue sauce and whiskey and enough dried breadcrumbs to bind mixture so it will be firm enough to shape into patties.
- I usually get about 5 nice size ones .
- After forming in patties dust both sides well with cracker crumbs.
- Fry golden both sides in hot oil ( I used peanut ).
- Place absorbant paper a few minutes and then remove and serve.
- Serve as is with assorted salads and sides sides or place in buns
- for a salmon burger.
