Avocado Taco Dip

- 2 - avocados that are ripe shopping list
- 1- 8 oz. - cream cheese softened. shopping list
- Couple of Good Scoops of sour cream shopping list
- Shredded cheddar cheese (to your liking) shopping list
- black olives (I use green) shopping list
- 2 bunches of green onions (cut) shopping list
- 1 tomato (diced) shopping list
- shredded lettuce shopping list
- Tabasco, Lawry's season salt, and garlic powder shopping list
How to make it
- Cut Avocados in half and scoop into food processor (I have a tiny little $10 one that works perfect).
- Process until it looks creamy.
- In other bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream and creamy avodaco until mixed well (I use a hand mixer).
- Add a couple shakes of tobasco, Lawry's, and Garlic powder.
- Mix well and taste.
- Add more Lawry's if need be (I usually do).
- Spread in pan ( I use a jelly roll pan ) and refrigerate for hour.
- Then top with cheese, olives, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
- Servie with tortilla chips (I use bite size tostitos).
