Chocolate Fudge Pie Recipe

Serving size depends on how big you slice it. My grandmother made these when I was little. I loved them!

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 3 Tbsp cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1-6 ounce can evaporated milk
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth and well blended.
- Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake in a preheated 350
- degree oven for about 35 to 45 minutes or until set.
- Cool before serving.
- Can use cool whip for topping.
- NOTE..... You can add nuts when mixing the ingredients for a change.

I made this last week when I was on vacation. Sorry I'm so slow reviewing it. It was great! My pie didn't look like the picture. I think I did something wrong but it was great anyway! My filling separated into 2 layers. The bottom layer was kind of like pecan pie filling without the pecans. Then over it was a crusty chocolate top. I topped it with Cool Whip and it was luscious! My husband says next time put some pecans in and it will be like chocolate topped pecan pie. Thanks so much for this great recipe!
