Cheesy Beef Balls Recipe

Ingredients
  • For the balls
  • 11/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb bulk sausage (country or italian)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Mix all together with hands.
  • For the sauce
  • 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos.

Directions
  1. Mix the ball ingedients thoroughly with your hands.
  2. Form into balls using 1 level tablespoon of mixture.
  3. Place on shallow baking pan with sides.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 F.
  5. Pour soup and tomatoes into crock-pot and add jalapenos.
  6. Add baked balls.
  7. Turn crock- pot to high for 1 hour then low for 1 hour.
  8. Can be served on steamed rice or over baked potatoes for a main dish.
