Cheesy beef balls

- For the balls shopping list
- 11/2 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 lb bulk sausage (country or italian) shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp. soy sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- Mix all together with hands. shopping list
- For the sauce shopping list
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup shopping list
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the ball ingedients thoroughly with your hands.
- Form into balls using 1 level tablespoon of mixture.
- Place on shallow baking pan with sides.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350 F.
- Pour soup and tomatoes into crock-pot and add jalapenos.
- Add baked balls.
- Turn crock- pot to high for 1 hour then low for 1 hour.
- Can be served on steamed rice or over baked potatoes for a main dish.
