How to make it

  • Mix the ball ingedients thoroughly with your hands.
  • Form into balls using 1 level tablespoon of mixture.
  • Place on shallow baking pan with sides.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350 F.
  • Pour soup and tomatoes into crock-pot and add jalapenos.
  • Add baked balls.
  • Turn crock- pot to high for 1 hour then low for 1 hour.
  • Can be served on steamed rice or over baked potatoes for a main dish.
