Tequila Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

2Tbs unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic,chopped

11/2lbs. large shrimp,peeled and deveined

1/2c tequila

1/2c chopped fresh cilantro

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Melt butter in large skillet over med. heat.Saute garlic until light brown. Place shrimp in the pan and cook 3 mins.

Pour in tequila,and season with cilantro,salt and pepper. Cook 2 mins. more
