Jumbo shrimp sauteed in garlic,cilantro and tequila. Great with pasta or cocktail sauce. This is an Allrecipes recipe. Very good!

Ingredients
- 2Tbs unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic,chopped
- 11/2lbs. large shrimp,peeled and deveined
- 1/2c tequila
- 1/2c chopped fresh cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Melt butter in large skillet over med. heat.Saute garlic until light brown. Place shrimp in the pan and cook 3 mins.
- Pour in tequila,and season with cilantro,salt and pepper. Cook 2 mins. more
